Questions about plans

Is my café listed for free?

Yes. Every café on Magical Cafés has a free listing with its map pin, opening hours, short description, amenities, 5 photos and reviews. Paid plans add more — the free listing never goes away.

How do I get access to manage my café?

We send café owners a personal invitation link by email. Click it, sign in with Google or your email address, and the café is linked to your account. If you haven’t received one, contact us through the Become a partner page and we’ll send it.

What happens during the free trial?

Invited owners get the full profile free for 14 days. You can choose a plan during the trial — your first payment only starts when the free days end. If you don’t choose a plan, your café simply goes back to the Free listing.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Open “Manage billing” in your profile and cancel with one click. Your full profile stays visible until the end of the period you paid for, then your café returns to the Free listing. We don’t offer refunds for periods already paid.

What happens to my menu and photos if I stop paying?

Nothing is deleted. Paid sections are only hidden from visitors, so if you upgrade again later everything appears instantly.

Can I switch between Monthly and Annual?

Yes — use “Manage billing” in your profile. Stripe adjusts the price for you automatically.

How do I pay?

Securely by card through Stripe. Prices are in USD and renew automatically. You can download invoices from “Manage billing”.

Can I buy a badge or better reviews?

No. Plan badges (Featured, Magical Partner) come with your plan, but earned badges like Top rated or Most loved come only from real guests. Reviews are never edited or removed because of a plan — you can reply to them on a paid plan.

I own several cafés. Do I need several plans?

Each café has its own plan, so you can upgrade only the cafés you want. All your cafés appear together under “My business” in your profile.
