Noti Specialty Coffee Roasters

Hidden in Palma’s old streets, Noti feels less like a café and more like a coffee workshop. The first thing you notice isn’t the décor—it’s the smell. Freshly roasted beans greet you before you’ve even ordered, reminding you that this is a place built for people who take coffee seriously.

This is specialty coffee at its purest. Noti roasts its own beans in-house, sourcing carefully from different origins. Baristas prepare espresso, pour-overs, and filter coffee with precision, always eager to explain flavor notes or recommend something new. For travelers tired of generic brews, this café is a revelation.

Minimalist, bright, and focused on the essentials. It’s not about fancy decoration—it’s about creating a space where the coffee itself is the centerpiece. A few tables, some counter space, and the roaster nearby make you feel like you’re sitting inside a working coffee lab.
