BlackBird Coffee is a charming specialty coffee shop nestled in the heart of Paris’s Montmartre district. Founded by Steeve, a former graphic designer with over a decade of experience at Starbucks, the café reflects his passion for quality coffee and design. The interior boasts a chic, retro-inspired ambiance with emerald green velvet seating, art deco wallpaper, and a speakeasy-like vibe, creating a welcoming environment for both locals and visitors.​

The café offers a variety of specialty coffee drinks, including espresso, flat white, chai latte, and matcha latte, all prepared with beans sourced from L’Arbre à Café, a Parisian roaster known for its ethical and aromatic selections. Steeve ensures that customers can enjoy these beverages with their choice of milk—cow’s milk or oat milk—at no extra charge. Accompanying the drinks are pastries from La Compagnie des Desserts, such as croissants, pains au chocolat, carrot cake, and cinnamon rolls, providing a delightful complement to the coffee offerings. ​
